Our purpose
Jungle Quirky Compss explains automated technologies supporting passenger screening and airport operations. We connect equipment capabilities with passenger movement, accessibility and trained human oversight, rather than presenting automation as a standalone answer.
The central distinction is simple: operational support is not the same as a final security decision. Our guides describe roles, limits and accountability at a public informational level.
How we use sources
We prioritise public material from aviation authorities, regulators, standards bodies and established research organisations. Source-labelled strips identify the context behind important claims. Broader governance frameworks are identified as such, not presented as aviation equipment approvals.
We avoid unsourced performance figures, product rankings and claims that one airport’s passenger rules apply everywhere. A source link is a route to further reading, not an endorsement or evidence of affiliation.
What this site does not do
We are not an airport, regulator, equipment manufacturer or screening provider. We are not affiliated with the authorities cited. We do not approve items for carriage, provide operational security instructions, publish evasion guidance or resolve live screening situations.
Generic object renders explain the subject visually. They are not technical diagrams, installed-system photographs or evidence that a particular product is approved.
Corrections and questions
If an explanation is unclear or a linked source has changed, please send the page address, the passage concerned and a public supporting source. We assess corrections for accuracy and relevance. Do not send restricted documents, passenger records or sensitive security details.
